mosquito screens. The 3 main bedrooms have each their own bathroom, closet
and air conditioning, and there are also two independent rooms in the garden with
bathrooms and fans. All bedrooms have access to the pool or private

The main house is very spacious: living room, dining room, kitchen, courtyard,
office and laundry room. The decoration style features Hispanic-Moorish arches,
carved stone columns , wooden beams overhead, Talavera ceramic tiles and
antique wooden furniture, among many other lovely details, and the beauty of the
gardens with tropical trees and plants, perfectly complements the architectural
harmony of the house.

An irrigation facility connected to a deep well makes the mantainance of the outdoor
areas practically effortless. Besides the high stone walls of the property, there's an
electric gate, for extra protection, and the adjacent garage offers enough space for
up to 5 cars.

The gorgeous pool was recently built too, and its size (11x2,5m/3x2,5m) is perfect for
either exercise or just to enjoy a relaxing drink with friends.

Plaza Grande, Merida's main square, only 20 minutes to Progreso Beach, and within a
one hour  drive you will find dozens of Mayan ruins, cenotes and so much more that the
