Next to the dining room is the guest lounge, with its high ceilings and wooden beams, excellent for receiving your guests. If you want the natural air just open the double wooden doors or if you want something cooler has A/C.

TV ROOM. Area destined to spend time of entertainment accompanied, there are furniture and TV.

KITCHEN. Fully equipped granite kitchen, very spacious, with breakfast area and a dining room for 6 people. It has a double pantry with wooden finishes. It has a professional stainless steel stove, has its own fryer included and a fairly large oven. It has a double refrigerator and freezer.

The kitchen has plenty of natural light and ventilation, since the wooden doors are high and allow air and natural light to enter, but in addition to that the kitchen has its own AC so you can cook in a pleasant environment. When you open the two double doors you will have a wonderful view to the pool and garden, the third double door has access to the main dining room and the living room.

MASTER SUITE AND BEDROOMS.

In the master suite you will not only enjoy opening the doors and have a beautiful view of the pool but also inside the master suite you have a private pool, where only you can access and enjoy it! It has its own bathroom which has a dressing area and double shower.

There are also two double rooms with their own bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub to enjoy a relaxing shower. They also have A/C and fans.

POOL AND GARDEN. It has a beautiful swimming pool to enjoy with the family. It has a filter system. In addition to enjoying the pool, you will enjoy the garden area where you can place mattresses and spend a wonderful day. In the pool halls there is furniture and you can relax there or in a hammock!

LAUNDRY. The house has its own laundry room and cleaning room.

PARKING. The parking lot can hold 2 cars and has an electric gate.
